Creating a space... a place where creative thinkers, tinkerers and good-hearted people can come together, collaborate and make things AND make things happen for the local communities. We want to offer space, equipment, classes and expertise for members and the surrounding communities of Olive Branch, Southaven, Collierville, Germantown, Byhalia, Horn Lake and beyond.
We have a passion not only for doing the work, but also helping others learn new skills. This is especially true for the students in our communities. We want to help enlighten people to their own capabilities by showing them what's possible.
We posted on meetup.com January 8th 2017 and had our first meetup at a burger shop- SideStreet Burger (great food, by the way) on January 17th. We continued to meet until we found a shared space down the road. We jumped in with both feet and began situating the space to accommodate our future vision.
We have been privileged to add great people who are skilled across so many disciplines. We were also fortunate to be offered equipment use from the shared space and current members. We also have access to pretty much anything anyone needs to make whatever they could imagine ranging from metalwork down to micro-electronics as well as computers, robotics, art, and video.
Meet Some Founders
So there are several awesome people who have stuck around to build the space when there was no space. To these people, who made the Tech Dojo possible, there will be a debt of gratitude that is priceless. Time will prove that out, no doubt. Meet some of them here, then come out and meet them in person and meet the rest.

The Guy Who Knows Everyone
Dan seems to know a whole lot about everything and he has STUFF from everywhere to share, so that makes him awesome. Servers, computers, electronics and the more industrial stuff are his areas of expertise.
The Human Fog Machine
He knows his way around a machine shop. Industrial CNC mills, lathes, and more are just a part of what's in his wheelhouse. He is also master CAD designer who designed and built his own 3D printer from scratch... he machined the parts for it, people!
The Man with the Plan
So, do you like what we're about? Come by and check us out, try us out, see what you think. We meet up on a regular basis.
